Complex Matters is South Africa’s first Independent Data Storage Bureau, designed specifically for Community Schemes and we look forward to adding you to our list of Clients.
Our Clients enjoy world class data storage and are able to access their Scheme’s data at their convenience from anywhere at any time.
The Registration process is set out in detail below. Although we have taken all the heavy work out of the process, there is always a certain amount of paperwork, so lets start.
We will prepare all the documents needed to formalize your decision to use our Service, and in order to do this we will need some information from you.

Names of parties who will be signing the Agreement. (at least 2)
Names of parties who will be authorized to sign the Rental Agreement (can be the same 2)
Name and email address of the appointed Administrator. Please note that the Administrator merely acts as a conduit for forwarding Data to Complex Matters and can be changed at any stage.
The Username and Password to be used by Owners and Managing Agent (if applicable) to access the data once loaded.
Once we have this information, we will complete and return the Minutes and Rental Agreement for signature.
A copy of the signed documents must be sent to info@complexmatters.co.za and if applicable to the Managing Agent.
The Administrative process can now commence.
ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS.
The Trustees or Managing Agent must inform all owners of the Data Storage Bureau and inform owners of the Password and Username they will use to gain access to their Data.
The Administrator can start sending us data. The data can be sent in any format but for security reasons will first be converted to PDF format before being uploaded.
It is of the utmost importance that the Username and Password only be sent to registered owners. They may not be sent to 3rd parties such as tenants, contractors, Insurance company etc. In this regard we refer both the Trustees and Managing Agent (if applicable) of the provisions of the POPI Act.
